We're hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to build how Dayos shows up in the world. Video-first. Culture-fluent. The reason enterprise buyers stop scrolling.

— 01 / About Dayos
We run enterprise business. Literally.
Hero, our platform, logs into Oracle, Workday, and SAP, does the work, and validates the output. Not a dashboard. Not a copilot. Not another "AI assistant." At a Singapore enterprise, Hero closed 9 of 10 tickets that had been sitting for three weeks, in roughly 10 minutes each.
Enterprises spend billions supporting Oracle, Workday, and SAP. Most of it is still manual work handled by armies of consultants. We're turning more of it into software every week.
Three years building. Enterprise customers in production. Now we're closing our seed round and building the Singapore team from the ground up. We're the AI-first version of the systems integrators and application management firms that have owned this space for decades.
— 02 / The role
Make enterprise AI the exception
You own how Dayos shows up. Video, product shots, social, launches, case studies, and the culture around all of it. Enterprise AI is a category most marketing teams make boring. Your job is to make ours the exception.
This is not a traditional PMM role. If your skill set is enablement decks and positioning docs, this isn't the seat. If your last three months look like shipped videos and viral threads, keep reading.
You'll work directly with our founder. What you ship goes out. There's no six-week review cycle, no committee, no brand guidelines document to argue with. You have a strong point of view, you defend it, and you ship.
You're not slotting into a mature marketing function. You're building it. The brand voice, the content cadence, the launch playbook, the tooling: all of that starts with you.
This will be demanding. You'll ship in days, not weeks. Not everything will land. The ones that don't are data, not failure. We move fast and correct fast.
— 03 / Who you'll work with
Every customer win is raw material
Our founder led Finance Engineering at Robinhood through its IPO, overseeing the same enterprise stack Hero now operates across: Oracle, Workday, Coupa, and Anaplan. Before that he spent 20+ years in Oracle consulting, running enterprise implementations at Fortune 500 companies. You'll partner with him directly on positioning, launches, and how Dayos talks about what we're building.
You'll also work closely with our sales, engineering, and design teams. Every customer win, every new agent capability, every founder LinkedIn post is raw material for you.
— 04 / What you'll do
Ship weekly. Measure. Adjust.
- 01Ship weekly video content that makes Dayos and Hero impossible to ignore. Product demos, customer wins, founder POVs, category takes
- 02Turn agent behavior into visual stories people share. Screen recordings, before/after cuts, motion graphics that make invisible AI work legible
- 03Own Dayos's voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Each platform wants something different, and you know why
- 04Own paid budgets across LinkedIn, Google, and social. Test creative, kill what's not working, double down on what is
- 05Cut and re-cut for each platform. One shoot becomes a LinkedIn post, a Reel, a TikTok, and a YouTube deep-dive
- 06Build the culture-facing side of Dayos. Memes, moments, running jokes that turn casual followers into invested ones
- 07Package customer wins into video case studies people actually watch. Not the standard three-paragraph PDF
- 08Support launches end to end. Copy, video, landing page, social sequence, PR reach-out
- 09Track what's landing — views, saves, replies, cost per click, meetings booked, pipeline — and adjust weekly
- 10Feed sales the assets that shorten their cycle. Not every deliverable is public
— 05 / What you bring
A portfolio that speaks louder than your resume
You're the face and voice of a lot of what we put out. If being on camera or in someone's timeline feels awkward, this isn't the seat.
Video, product, and content work. We want to see what you've shipped, not read about what you did.
Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, or whatever you're using this month. You use them daily and know their edges.
You can turn around a shipped piece in under a day. CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or Descript. Whatever gets it out the door.
Comfortable shooting on a phone, a mirrorless, or a full production rig, depending on what the story needs.
You've run LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, read the analytics daily, and cut weak creative before it drains budget.
You can make agent output, screenshots, and telemetry look interesting instead of boring. Most people can't.
You know why one AI startup goes viral this week and another doesn't. You have theories, and they're usually right.
You're two weeks ahead of the crowd on what's landing on X, LinkedIn, and TikTok, not two months behind.
There's no marketing team above you to review your work. You ship, you measure, you iterate.
The buyers are different from consumer. Understanding the enterprise buyer journey is a real advantage.
