2026 — the current qualifying window. Lead time matters; start now.

All funding support is subject to IMDA approval and prevailing qualifying periods.

For eligible SMEs, IMDA's GenAI × Digital Leaders initiative funds your customised development, up to 50% of your Dayos package cost. Larger firms may receive up to 30%. This page covers what the initiative supports, what the Dayos package includes, who may be eligible, how the funding works, and why the timing matters.

— 01

What the IMDA initiative supports

For eligible SMEs, IMDA's GenAI × Digital Leaders initiative helps digitally mature Singapore enterprises adopt generative AI through a curated network of technology partners — covering use case discovery, project implementation, and funding support for qualifying costs.

Instead of scoping a grant application from scratch, you work with a vendor whose package has already been through IMDA's qualification process. Dayos is one of those vendors, and as the lead company under the programme's structure, we carry the grant application. Your side is an eligibility step, not a paperwork project.

Why module implementation has cost so much

For years, enterprise software implementation has been held back by a painful reality: companies paying six- or seven-figure change orders for work that is often repetitive, manual, and slow.

That price was never about the difficulty of the work. It was the delivery model: manual discovery, manual configuration, manual testing, then change-control cycles that repeat all three. Every handoff adds people, and every person adds cost and calendar time.

Agentic AI changes the delivery model. Hero, our AI platform, logs in, does the work, and validates the output — full end-to-end report development, Oracle configurations, and token management.

Work that used to take a bench of consultants a quarter now runs as agent execution with human review where it matters.

What the Dayos package covers

Each engagement is scoped around a defined Oracle or Workday module outcome.

01
Environment integration

Integration to your Oracle or Workday environment.

02
Agent configuration

Configured for your module and your business rules.

03
Automation rules

Built around how your team actually works.

04
UAT before go-live

User acceptance testing before anything ships.

Built with agentic AI governance in mind

Dayos is featured in IMDA's Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI for its risk-tiered approach to agentic automation. Hero is designed to bound agent actions byseverity, reversibility, and feasibility of human oversight — so automation moves fast without removing accountability.

That matters here because this is not a demo programme. Agents are executing configuration work inside your production-bound Oracle and Workday environments, and the controls are the reason we can do that responsibly.

Indicative only. The SME rate (up to 50%) applies to firms with group turnover of S$100M or less, or 200 or fewer staff; larger firms may qualify for up to 30%. Final eligibility and funding levels are subject to IMDA approval and prevailing programme terms.

— 06

How the funding works

This is a co-funded grant. IMDA's support covers a percentage of the qualifying Dayos package cost; you pay the balance plus GST on the full package price.

Dayos invoices you for your portion and claims the grant portion directly, so there's no reimbursement cycle sitting on your books.

When this package makes sense

Mid-implementation, module out of scope

The change-order quote just arrived and it's six figures. A co-funded, AI-built path costs a fraction of that number.

Years of manual workarounds

Succession planning. Recruitment. The module that would fix it never made the budget — because the implementation check was too big. That check just got dramatically smaller.

You want to de-risk first

Because our agents deploy in days instead of quarters, we iterate multiple times within the same engagement — a much higher chance the build works when it ships.

— 08 / Timeline

Months,
not years.

The current qualifying window runs through 22 November 2026. Because eligibility review and project scoping take lead time, companies considering this package should start the conversation now — not in Q4.

With agents doing the configuration, going from decision to live module in months, not years, is the actual timeline.
