Subprocessor Notification Policy

At Dayos, we are committed to transparency and ensuring the privacy and security of our customers’ data. This policy outlines how Dayos notifies customers about changes to subprocessors who process Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

NOTIFICATION OF SUBPROCESSOR CHANGES

Dayos uses trusted subprocessors to deliver its services effectively. Any intended changes to these subprocessors, including additions or replacements, will be communicated to customers in advance.

1. Notification Method:

Customers will be informed of subprocessor changes via:

  • Email notification to designated contacts.

  • Updates to the subprocessor list available on our website or customer portal.

2. Notice Period:

Customers will be provided with at least 30 days' advance notice before the change is implemented, unless a shorter period is required due to unforeseen circumstances or legal obligations.

3. Details Provided

The notification will include:

  • The name of the new or replacing subprocessor.

  • The location of data processing.

  • The nature of services provided by the subprocessor.

OPPORTUNITY TO OBJECT

Customers have the right to object to a subprocessor change within the notice period if they believe it impacts their data privacy or security. Objections must be:

  • Submitted in writing to compliance@dayos.com within the 30-day notice period.

  • Accompanied by a clear explanation of the reasons for the objection.

Dayos will work with customers in good faith to address any concerns, including discussing alternative solutions.

EXCEPTIONS

In situations where a subprocessor change is required to:

  • Comply with legal requirements.

  • Address urgent service delivery needs or security incidents. Dayos may implement changes immediately and notify customers as soon as practicable.

NOTIFICATION OF SUBPROCESSOR CHANGES

To ensure our customers are informed, Dayos will notify customers of any changes to this list, including new subprocessors or changes to existing subprocessors.

NOTIFICATION PROCESS
  1. Advance Notice: Customers will receive an email notification at least 30 days before the changes occur.

  2. Customer Objections: Customers may object to changes by submitting a written objection to compliance@dayos.com within the notice period.

RESOLUTION OF OBJECTIONS

Dayos will work in good faith to address customer concerns, including evaluating alternative solutions if a subprocessor is critical to service delivery.
