Singapore, Singapore – 27 January 2025

Dayos announces its official launch, bringing augmented LLM and agentic solutions to automate business processes and support enterprise multi-cloud SaaS customers across their platforms. Dayos has established strategic partnerships with leading technology providers, including Oracle, Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow, to develop platform-native AI agents for these platforms.

Addressing the Gaps

There is no shortage of AI buzz. What were LLMs in 2024 have evolved into Agentic AI in 2025—a concept Gartner identified as the #1 trend in its Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends. The growing complexity of distinguishing legacy app rebrands, chatbots, AI wrappers, and true Agents has made it increasingly difficult to determine which tools to implement and how to use them effectively.

Dayos navigated this labyrinth of unclear AI variations and concluded that Agentic AI is the answer to a longstanding challenge in the professional services industry: The persistent shortage of experienced systems engineers, which drove up costs and reduced support services to little more than "keeping the lights on." Over the past decade, the commoditization of support services pushed many skilled engineers out of the market, a trend only exacerbated by COVID-19. Yet through this challenge, we discovered that the solution was embedded in the problem.

As SaaS costs continue to rise each year, exacerbating these issues, we recognized Agentic AI as a transformative solution. For the first time, organizations can augment the shrinking pool of skilled systems engineers and business users (such as certified accountants and HR professionals), empowering them to achieve significantly more with fewer resources. This approach delivers premium-quality service at fair prices, creating immense value for businesses

Where Dayos Comes In

Dayos delivers AI solutions alongside professional and managed services to enterprises worldwide. Our AI solutions encompass the design, development, and support of custom AI agents crafted to address the specific needs of each business. Our professional services specialize in SaaS solution delivery and integrations, focusing on configuring third-party platforms to drive AI-first digital transformations with seamless integration and optimal performance. Dayos provides an AI-based support product for managed services designed to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and enable intelligent automation across enterprise systems.

Dayos’s core application is an AI-enabled platform for workflow management and support that enables the processing of data by Agentic AI and on-demand support for Oracle, Workday, and SAP SaaS platforms.  The platform enables the fulfillment of tasks related to the following back-office operations:

  • Accounting

  • Human Resources

  • IT Management

  • Procurement

  • Finance

A comprehensive list of support requests for these platforms is grouped into catalogs and used to train the AI model to help users identify the technical components required for their systems. The catalog requests have estimates to complete and costs assigned, and once submitted, are routed for approval to the budget manager. Non-catalog requests are treated as incidents and can range from the obscure to ordering coffee for a meeting.  Each company's most recurring catalog requests are reviewed for productization and, if selected, become fully automated requests for the AI to manage and unlock previously unrealized value from the legacy platform.

Agentic AI

Dayos designs Agentic AI to plan and execute tasks, solve complex problems, and adapt to evolving challenges. Our innovative approach emphasizes Decision Support with Human Oversight or context-driven autonomy. By presenting users with potential next steps, Agentic AI empowers them to make informed decisions while maintaining control.

At the core of Agentic AI for the enterprise are Dayos’ Augmented LLMs. Enhanced with advanced retrieval, tool-calling, and memory capabilities, these models redefine how enterprises tackle manual processes, fragmented workflows, and underutilized technology in multi-million-dollar SaaS investments. Acting as the backbone of agentic systems, our models enable intelligent automation and seamless integration across enterprise tools, delivering transformative value.

Through strategic partnerships and proven methodologies, Dayos integrates rule-based process automation with the underlying technologies of leading SaaS platforms. Our custom layer supports multi-cloud SaaS customers, enabling seamless integration with existing APIs and workflows. Beyond deterministic tasks, our LLMs handle non-deterministic challenges, such as mapping unstructured data for transaction entry and presenting actionable decisions through Service Portal trackers—delivering a comprehensive and intelligent automation solution.

Agentic AI alternates between text-based conversations and dynamic GUI forms to simplify data collection for enterprise business processes. As a native solution, it operates securely within your existing SaaS platform permissions, enhancing accessibility for users across devices, including mobile. The result is a best-in-class enterprise business solution that delivers efficiency, adaptability, and unparalleled value.

Dayos On-Demand

One of the most innovative features of the Dayos Platform is its on-demand model. Unlike long-term MSP contracts that lock companies into rigid pricing and limited scopes, Dayos operates like an AI company with a usage-based pricing model, as opposed to traditional SaaS pay-in-advance per user.

Each request is transparently priced based on marketdata, with standard rates for different levels of expertise. Routine catalog tasks are handled at predictable costs, while high-priority incident resolutions are completed by senior engineers at competitive hourly rates. The AI component minimizes costs further by automating repetitive processes and reducing the need for human intervention.

Dayos aims to transform the way of work. The days of chasing engineers or waiting for approvals are over. Instead, the platform empowers users to solve problems proactively, whether through AI-driven orchestration or intuitive catalog options.

In today’s rapidly evolving enterprise landscape, Dayos doesn’t just keep the lights on—it redefines what enterprise support can achieve. By combining the best of AI-enabled automation with flexible, on-demand service options, the platform ensures that every team, from accounting to IT, can focus on what matters most: driving business growth and innovation.

Pushing Enterprises to their Potential

At Dayos, while AI is our focus, we know it takes people to solve the challenges needed to fulfill its potential. We see AI as a critical tool that empowers business professionals and systems engineers to scale their impact, enabling smarter processes and real transformation.

“Our mission is to be the Transformative AI for Enterprise SaaS, to unlock new ways of working, enabling end-to-end platform automation and management."
Brad McElhannon. Founder of Dayos
