Dayos is in search of a dynamic Workday Principal Consultant for our Consulting Services team. As an integral member, you'll be delivering production support to our esteemed clients, ensuring their enterprise systems are running at peak efficiency. Moreover, your expertise will be sought in assisting with Implementation projects, collaborating with clients to ensure their enterprise systems are set up with precision and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in supporting Workday Payroll and HCM modules, with a comprehensive grasp of the interrelations among Payroll, Compensation, Time & Absence, Benefits, and related areas.
  • Proven track record of leading the implementation and fine-tuning of various Workday modules and functionalities.
  • Proficient in the Workday Integration toolkit, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, Custom Reports/Report as a Service (RaaS), XSLT, and both Web services and API technologies (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
  • In-depth understanding of the Workday Security module, including its configuration.
  • Skilled in setting up and customizing BIRT reports within Workday.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, paired with the capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic setting.
  • An intuitive sense for design and a deep empathy for the user experience.
  • A dedication to applying software engineering best practices, such as testing, static analysis, and the principles of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
