About the team + role
Dayos is in search of a dynamic Oracle Cloud Financials Engineer for our Consulting Services team. As an integral member, you'll be delivering production support to our esteemed clients, ensuring their enterprise systems are running at peak efficiency. Moreover, your expertise will be sought in assisting with Implementation projects, collaborating with clients to ensure their enterprise systems are set up with precision and best practices.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with client teams to discern their enterprise system requirements and deliver adept Managed Services solutions.
- Engage in Implementation projects, liaising with clients to facilitate the smooth setup of their enterprise systems in alignment with best practices.
- Dedicate efforts to proactive problem resolution, ensuring client systems face minimal disruptions.
- Document and disseminate knowledge on industry best practices, client solutions, and the breadth of our Managed Service offerings.
